After a little smoked salmon had left over prime rib from Saturday sliced thin served cold with a sauce

2 Tbs Creole mustard
2 Tbs Horseradish sauce
1 Tbs Ketchup
Juice from one lemon

Nice snack! Mustard sauce looks good.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
