RhumAndJerk,[p]I have made a variation of this sauce recipe for years for our Christmas dinner prime-rib. The only difference is I add 3 tablespoons of dijon mustard. Good Stuff!!![p]Ordered the 10lb rib-roast today. Can't wait.[p]Tarheel
