I've had my large Egg for about six months now and am an absolute addict. I'm ready to try something dramatic for Christmas Day -- prime rib -- and want to make sure that I get it right. Can any of you experts give me some guidance? I could particularly use help with estimated cooking times, suggested temperatures for typical size prime ribs and rubs/smoke.
