Follow it exactly. Every time I've tried to "improve" on it I have been sorry. JCA

indiana dave, use Houndog's lobster recipe....I have eaten and cooked many... and BELIEVE ME... there is no other way to cook or eat lobster, it is totally different and incredibly delicious from any other lobster you have EVER had, more moist, a little smoke... YUM
