    Have not heard of a cubanelle. Does it have a thicker skin like a poblano, and if so, do you have remove it? I have never thought to try other peppers (than jalapenos) for bacon wraps, although here in Texas every store has at least 6 or 8 varities.

  • I ran across these peppers at the local grocery, was looking for a larger, mild pepper and these fit the bill. 350 - 400 up in the dome. Have done with leftover spatchcocked chicken. Very easy and tasty.

    I've done them with Italian hot/banana peppers with great results.
