gonna do Spring Chicken and Hen's pancake/Mexican filling recipe.....and of course can't find 1 essential ingredient :S
found the 5.1 oz Bisquick Shake N Pour Buttermilk Pancake Mix
can't find the Self-rising Aunt Jemima cornmeal so need to find out....
how much baking powder or baking soda to add to 6 Tablespoons of cornmeal to make it "self-rising"
gut guesstimate would be about 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, but need some EGGspert Eggvise, please

For one cup of self-rising cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cornmeal, PLUS
3 tablespoons cornmeal -
