    The Guru is a great investment I use it a lot for all night cooks and for a thermo I bought a thermo-pop $30.00 up here so prob. only about $15.00 down there. I find that it works great temp reading …

    CLEAN UP THE WOOD!!!! There is nothing better than the look of wood and absolutely nothing wrong with a few grease marks or whatever to add a little character
