Who’s ready for September? We’re ready as ever for football season!     If you can afford it you won't regret it, I have the 1qt, 2qt, 4qt, large non stick, steamer and a 7 quart. It is unbelievable how much better they cook.
  • Prime Birthday Ribeyes

    I reverse seared some prime ribeyes from Costco for my Birthday Friday night. Seasoned with Lawrys and cracked pepper cooked indirect for about 30 minutes until 115 IT, then put in the woo with the spider and seared for 1 minute a side then grilled some asparagus and served with red wine. Finished the meal with strawberry cheese cake,

    Well said @Chubby, I was getting sick of it myself. I have met BGC a few times, he is a nice guy and a good cook. I am not defending anything but the responses I read were ridiculous. I was beginning to think this was a high school forum.
