You're going to be tempted to put on too many applewood chips. It doesn't take much for poultry. I have re-discovered this a couple of times. I'm using Ozark Oak, and haven't added any chips or chunks the last couple of times.
Since we bought the egg, we hardly ever use our oven, although the toaster oven does still get some work. You'll probably start to notice yourself making some circular arguments (beneficially) with the spouse. The more you use the egg, the more you want better meat and additional equipment, which means you use the egg more, which means... One more thing - don't have your credit cards nearby as you read the forum.
