I've started liking my asparagus a little al dente?? So I put them on and the filets when the chicken needed about another 20 minutes. Then I opened it wide, took chicken off foiled and did aspergillosis a little on the grate with flames. Foiled that then threw the filets around 120's on the coals for a minute.
this meal was just insane. Some of the filets went more over medium and some were perfect. It was a good experience and I liked the coals on the steak. Chicken is always great.
Had a friend over that's a vegaterian said he eats chicken maybe 2-3 times a year. He wanted to try my steak, has had red meat maybe 10 times in his whole life, he's 57. He ate seconds of both and raced over it!!!!! Score one for the egg
@Carolina Q it's a seconds or refurb store??? Maybe. I'm really not sure. Some things look brand new and some boxes look awful. These units look great but the tube boxes look rough! They have a 30 day return. I wouldn't think anything would be gross with the unit. I didn't think it was worth only a $40 discount I'll keep watching it
