    Those look great man!
  • Steaks at the new house

First cook at the new casa. Did a quick marinate on some gorgeous ribeyes from the Kroger deli.

    Little Dales
    Minced garlic
    Minced onion
    Chili powder

Vacuum sealed and fridge for 2 hours.

Used the small. She isn't my best friend right now but it was a fire. Took them off around 105-110 because they started burning. I struggled with the fire on the small.

No plated picture because it was a mess getting the kids food ready and trying to enjoy the steaks. Lol.

Here's my new egg porch. Gotta get the table clean and some pavers to put the eggs on. I forgot I needed them and left them in a stack of bricks at the old house in Mississippi.

  • Made it, safe & sound

Well the eggs made the trip just fine! Didn't do anything but wrap em and stuff card board then ratchet strap em tight.

  • Re: More heat gun press

Ive been intrigued by all the heat gun talk. But my dad gave me and old electric starter he had. It's free it works and I can't complain about the five minutes it takes. I place the lump place the starter plug it in and get a drink then by the time I've got my cooking stuff or food ready it ready to come out shut top and wait on temp to get where I want it.

All that rambling just to say different strokes for different folks.
  • My lil guy now has a friend

Saw in a sales paper the farm supply store had the ramblers on sale garunteed in stock for 29.99$. Had to grab one. Now my lil guy has a big brother.
