    I have two 8.5 gallon (3 basket) Cajun fryers.  I love them!!!  They are high but the money you save in oil really adds up quick.  You don't have a mess to clean up afterwards either. Turn the fire off and close the lid. If I had anything negative to say it would be that they are noisy. Honestly doesn't bother me but I know others who have complained.  And if you want one that works the same but is a little cheaper you can go with the bayou classic version. They work good also but just don't seem as sturdy as the Cajun fryer.

    I marinated some in the Allegro hot and spicy for 24 hours. (Someone posted a while back but can't remember who to give credit to) I cooked indirect @ 350 for 45 minutes. Best wings I've ever had!!!

    Had to season the griddle and couldn't wait to try the volcano!!! Worked pretty good. Ready to use this bad boy!!!
