Probably want to pull them in the 195-205 range.

Why do you guys need all that stuff? I have the router box thing and a small 10” dish that gets a signal from an antenna on a mountain. That stuff looks similar to the stuff that was installed in my Recruiting Station so that we had secure wifi.
I'm a network geek in my day job. The rack in my basement has rotating inventory, based on what I'm learning at the time and need hands on access to vs. remote. The Cisco 2511 router is a terminal/console server so I can log in to the console port of any piece of gear down there from my office. The HP microserver is running VMware and hosts FreeNAS as a storage server. I can spin up/down any image I need to to test stuff. The server/laptop up top also host VMware and if I need more CPU/RAM resources than in the microserver I power them on and can spin up images hosted on the FreeNAS on the microserver.

Let me know if you have any other questions re: my setup, happy to answer.
I'm a network security geek at the day job.  By the time I get home the only networked tech I want to deal with is Xbox One and PC for gaming.  I refuse to even get a CyberQ since it only runs 802.11b and will drag the wireless PC speeds down with it :)

Oh, and another great NSFW take on cable companies:

  • Re: MAYO

Hell, I've use a honey-sriracha mix for a binder for ribs before.  Probably wouldn't do it again, but still better than 99% of the ribs I have in a restaurant.  Point is, there are only one way to cook something "wrong" on the egg: cooking something in a way to you do not enjoy the finished product.  Try things, go crazy, eat well.

  • Re: SV vs Egged Short Ribs

I think it comes down to purpose and expectation.  SV short ribs would really lend them selves to being an entree for a fancy dinner with a pan-made wine sauce from the juices in the bag, but if you want BBQ-style ribs, fire is the only way to go.
  • Re: 10lb butt Medium Egg

Nah, just PS with the grill on top of that is fine for the medium IMO.  I've been cooking great stuff on the medium for 3 years without a raised grill..  Plus, i believe if you stack another fire ring on with the plate setter the lid wont be able to close.
