My rib picture is not that great, but they were awesome. I put a homemade rub of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then finished with Sweet Bay Ray's. Simple is the best recipe for my house. The kicker was the Blackberry Cobbler!
A little different each time. I had these at 350 for 1.5 hours uncovered. 1 hour under foil at 300. Last hour with sauce applied at 225. No method to the madness here. Just drinking cold beer and enjoying my day!
