    I love cooking Italian on the, lasagna, meatballs. I just use the lump alone and the cheese picks up the smoke.

Besides I will always have this image burnt in my mind of that day 9 years ago when I assembled our Mini and Dublin seemed to express the idea of "WHAT? ANOTHER one?" LOL

    That 1st pic looks like it's filled to the top of the fire ring. That's a lot o' lump!

    I think most use the fire box as a guage.
