    Nice!

    I love cooking Italian on the egg...pizza, lasagna, meatballs. I just use the lump alone and the cheese picks up the smoke.

    That 1st pic looks like it's filled to the top of the fire ring. That's a lot o' lump!


    I think most use the fire box as a guage.
