Who’s ready for September? We’re ready as ever for football season! Check out our tailgating page for recipes that are great to bring to a tailgate, or cook at home if you’re entertaining friends during a game. Either way they’re sure to become a fan favorite!   • our new way for burgers….

    It did happen, sorry no pics, I was ravenous after work and completely devoured supper. We do the burgers the usual way, direct at 450, add some BBQ sauce and then flip the burgers, add some more sauce and then the cheese. We did sauté some mushrooms. Had sliced pickles, and tomatoes. But the new thing is to wrap the burger in lettuce instead of using a bun. Nice little crunch when you bite into it. I am sure a lot of you already do this, but if you haven't tried it, give it a whirl. Not needing a bun any time soon. ;)

    Enjoy it Christi, we were there many years ago, it is a beautiful city. Go downtown to the waterfront, and also go to Cape Point. Have fun at the Restaurant. Please up date us when you get back, would love to hear about that.
