  • Re: Belly Buster Easter 2015

Outstanding eats and a great dog !!!!

You have flung a craving with that grilled fish !!!!!
  • Wanted some ribs....but tired of pork ribs.

Don't get me wrong.....I and everyone in my household loves pork spare ribs but every now and then some good old dino bones are in order.

These were on sale and came home with me.

Woke them up with some Don's Seasoning Delight and then hit with a perfect rub for beef ribs !!!!   Love this stuff.

I strongly urge you fine folks to order the 4 pc sample pack of E.A.T. BBQ's two sauces and two rubs.  Truly exceptional products in every way.

Sauced with a homemade sauce that I've been dabbling with.

The only thing I'd have done different would have been to cook another slab.....these two vanished quickly. :hang_loose:

    Ditto on Kaspersky.  Works great!!~~
Full agreement.  I was well served by Kaspersky on my laptops.

I ultimately went Apple, though, and am so freaking happy that I did.

    Wish I'd done so sooner.

  • Re: How do you clean your grate?

Quick swipe with a brush when it has lots of goop. Mostly let the fire take care of it.
    Exactly.

What the fire doesn't remove I hit with my Billy Bar.

    http://www.billybar.com

Get the big one and hold it with your thumb up and the tool down to get the max leverage with the least effort.

It can be rotated to provide 360 degree scraping of the grates.

    Excellent product.
  • Re: After school sliders.......

I love smoking up the neighborhood with burgers on the grill !!!!!

I used a vented pan for this cook to make things easier....much easier.

Went ahead and toasted them and brushed on my bbq sauce.

Sharp cheddar & dill pickles added.

These things disappeared at an alarming rate.
