Howdy, I picked up a 10 lb. CAB grade packer this week from where else but Brookshires.....dang Brookshires with CAB grade beef, surprise. Price about $4.40/lb but already trimmed for smoking...I'll be curious on how juicy it is...given it's certified angus beef. It's getting harder to find Choice grade briskets around me....Target still has them but that's about it....all the other grocery chains are pushing Select....guess it's a sign of last year's drought and this year's low crop production. I'll post online the results.....tomSeptember 2012-

I read your posts about reheating food saver packs. I want to reheat two packs of babybacks sealed in foodsaver. Question" Boiling water or just hot water, and for how long. Don't want to cook them any more. How will I know when they are hot enough to serve? Thanks in advance.July 2012 -

I have a food saver system. You've stated in posts that you re- heat at around 120 for an hour or so. How do you measure the temp? Probe in water?May 2012 -
