Beli did ribs with Mango Ginger Habanero. He made his from scratch. Mine was from a bottle. Very different than typical sauce, but a great idea. Cooked between 375-400 for 50 minutes. Very good taste. I will do it again.

Al, do you foil them the entire time? I like the idea of ribs in an hour.
-
I didn't foil them at all. I cook raised with foil on the grate.
-
Thanks, I have to give that a try. They really look good.
-
Looks delish! How much heat?
-
Ribs look great! Temp 375-400 for 50 min. Question is, is it direct, raised direct or indirect? Did you use a temp probe? {I rarely do}
-
Al those look very good. Please tell all, got to try them. Step by step please.....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
-
They look good. FYI, I bought that sauce at super Walmart and they also have it at Publix.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

Heat? Cook temp or taste? Just a mild heat on the taste.
-
Raised. I put foil at the grate level. So semi-indirect.
-
Looks good. I need to look for that sauce. I'll bet it would be good on wings too.
-
I would like to make it sound complicated, but it's not. Raised foil on the bottom as a little deflector. cook until they are done. You know the color and the meat pulls up at the bone. When you pick them up they bend. Add the sauce at the end.
-
I agree. Never thought to try it on ribs until I saw Beli try it. Gonna try it on everything now.
-
uufff...
they look plain and simple...Delicious!!!
congrats -
Thanks! Taste is what I was looking for....don't want to surprise the family. Only a couple of us can take the heat.
-
VERY PURTY!!!
