We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. I missed the previous posts,so I didn't plan for it.I did do some cooking this weekend though :) I cooked breakfast for 7 adults and 6 kids on Saturday morning during a cub scout camping trip.After cooking 4 batches of sausage(12 at a time),I cooked 2 dozen scrambled eggs(12 at a time),all on the mini :woohoo: Unfortunately,I didn't get any pics of the eggs,but here's the sausage cooking on the mini.Anyway,we had a great time,but these are the only food pics that I got :blush:

It still amazes everyone that I can cook so much food on a mini egg :woohoo:
