Cooking breakfast on a smoker is absolutely ridiculous B)

I look forward to breakfast off the egg on the weekends :)

Won't be doing breakfast threaxdown

    The jalapeno boats are simply a jalapeno sliced in half, dropped some crispy bacon in them, filled with seasoned scrambled eggs, and added piece of cheese when they were just about done.

    We won't make it to Planeaux - will be traveling back from fun in the sun from here:

    Neaux - I don't need a lead on any Q-joints in the South Pacific :woohoo:

Gives folks some ideas for the throwdown, too. ;) I MUST try to potato skin frittata one of these days! (We won't be living out of boxes forever...right??? :S Moving realllly isn't fun. :whistle: ) :laugh:

    We moved a year ago - bet it took 4 months before we decided we were finally done with the move

    Good thing we don't do it that often
