Just finished prepping up about a dozen Jalepenos for ABT's for tonights dinner. I have never had a problem cleaning jalapenos before, but this time its the revenge of the peppers. My left hand feels like its going to burst into flames at any moment.
Good thing that about 99% of everything I do is right handed as this burn is one that could keep on giving.
