Anyone planning on going? I could not make Waldorf, so I was thinking about this one. But since it is the first one, what do you guys thing. BTW, I got one of my Eggs from the sponsor, they are good folks.

I'm going. I'll be baking lots of different breads. Can't wait.I'll stay at the host hotel, and hope to find some other eggers there Friday evening and getting together Saturday after the fest. Thinking about bringing my mini. Mark is a great guy and we've exchanged bunches of emails about the event. Let's make a list of party goers.

I'm likely to go -- also went to Waldorf (and sat in with the band!) and had a blast. If I wasn't tapped out right now, I'd use this as the opportunity to get a demo egg and trade up from my medium, but I guess that'll have to wait for Waldorf next year.

Hi Folks, I'm a newbie Egger and this is my first post. Been lurking for a while trying to learn all I can about the Egg and just registered for the forums so I can join in the fun here.

We just picked up an Egg at a recent Eggfest which was also our first Eggfest and we're having a blast. Didn't want to wait until Spring for another Eggfest so we just made arrangements to attend the DC Metro Eggfest next weekend. After telling my parents how much fun we had at the last Eggfest we've convinced them to come with us to this one. Hope to see a good turnout for this one! Plus, I need all the help I can get with my new Egg!
