Read in some of your posts about you taking chicken to a little higher than normal temps. Tried that tonight on a spatchcocked chicken and it was the best yet. Myself being a newbie there is a handfull of regulars, you being one, that I make sure to read every post. Thanks to you and all for you indirect help. Keep typing and we will keep reading.
