Fajitas can't miss.....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I made carnitas out of the BGE cookook a few weeks ago. It is very simple and fantastic. It will feed a gang of people.

Some time when I have the Egg going, I think I'll throw a pan full of Nachos on there.
Good for football, and a little smokiness would be nice.
Especially if i have some pulled pork or grilled chicken around. -

Personally, I'm partial to Tex-Mex, but New Mexico makes some wonderful Mexican food too.

Yes, you are right. It all depends what you are used to. I haven't had the pleasure of fine Mexican food as far into Texas as Houston, but the food I had in El Paso sure was good.
