Okay we all know our standard tollhouse cookie with chocolate chips. Well the basic dough and stuff. I have had some cookies that have a more yellow dough and a different taste than other cookies. I cant say what it is, corn or loads of butter, does anyone know? It seems to be more of a rougher texture. And it is not brown sugar

I go to Subway once a week and I get their white cholate mac cookies, if you had one then you can see, it is not a sugar cookie. I have come across the dough before, I'll have to keep looking, I'll enjoy that

It couldn't be butter flavored lard could it? I believe they use a different term then lard but it is frequently used in cookies instead of butter. Cookies also stay fatter using it rather then using real butter.
Maybe they call it margarine but that doesn't seem correct either. -
Butter Crisco is what I have seen for cookies while I have been searching.

Butter flavored shortening is the word I was looking for. It is heck to grow old!
