So last year was my first fest, and this year I'm signing up to do some cooking. So far I'm leaning towards the following menu.
Home smoked pastrami/ reubens.
Crab Mac n Cheez
Sioux City Sliders
Grilled romaine salad (gotta get SOME green on the menu!)
