Susan where would one find an oven in a house?
When you find it: how do you put in the lump?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -
Susan, Sorry about your prob. with the lid. Lettuce know what happened, strange goings on in the Mtns. . Will see you at O-fest before the leaves change and then you can make some real Smoke on the Mtn. How was the PIE? Smiles your way.

The pie was o.k. Going to have to have a egg maintenance weekend

I was using "Betty the baker". I use this egg the least & just for baking or things in a dutch oven. The temp got up to 700 or so but I got it back down between 400-500 before I was ready to put the pizza on. She was sealed tight, glad it was just for me. She opened up this morning no problem but without a gasket.

Gasket is gone!..
