So we were talking tonite about what to cook at the PA eggfest on Saturday. This led to what we had at other fests...

So what was the best thing you ever ate at an Eggfest.

Mine is an easy one FrankfromHouma's Blackened redfish at Atlanta a couple year's ago

So what was yours??

I really dig that rum cake that Desert Philly does. There are so many dishes to mention.

This is difficult because it is all good. Couple I really like were at Fidelfest and after party's -prefest and postfest B)

    Jay's shrimp burgers

    12Step's panko breaded lamb lollypops

    Mainegg's lobster ravioli

    LC's duck

Mint Tulip's pickled jalapeno's over philly cheese - not an egg cook but warms you up to eggin :)

But best of all is all the great people that we have met.
