I looked all over the place yesterday. Where do you find loney?

Walmart usually has it around here.
-
Didn't try there. I guess it has to be a Super Center?Dave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney
-
Yes, it does.
-
Don't know where there's one of those aroung here, but thanks.Dave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney

Are you looking for one of these? :woohoo: Tim
It's a 5 pound chub from my local super wall mart and sells for $6.00 or as wall mart likes to say $5.98. :pinch:
I have seen more expensive bologna it up to you.

A seed is slowly taking root.
-
Uh-oh :ermm:

Tim, I saw in the grocery store where they slice it for you. They wanted 4.99 a pound. Didn't think that was what I was looking for. Call me crazy but I would rather get a steak instead. :woohoo:Dave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney

I'm like you on that Dave.

The deli counter in every grocery store around here has it. Rather expensive though and, as someone else just said - I'd rather have a steak! Or calves liver.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I have located what I think is a super ceter. We'll take a drive down there (about 30 miles) and take a look. We have other things to do down that way so it won't be just a trip for "loney". :laugh:Dave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney

Don't know what you are talking about...Dave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney

Morning Dave!
Just go to Save Mart...and ask the butcher to buy the whole chubb...or as much as you want..lol!!
I'm thinking Restraunt Depot also carries whole chubbs.
EvansI spent most of my money on good bourbon, and bad women...the rest, I just wasted!! -
That was going to be my next stop...Only problem is when I go there I have to get another freezer... :woohoo:Dave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney

I was looking for suggestions as to where to get them. I wasn't looking for a put down from the biggest horse's ass on the forum.Dave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney

Restaurant Depot doesn't sell baloney chubs, at least not here. Don't buy the loney from a deli. It's not the same! You want a "porous" loney chub like Smithfield or Bar S.
-
Me? Rude? :(
-
Picked up a Bar S. The proof is in the picture posted above. Thank youDave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney
