Leftover Brisket

This weekend I cooked a large brisket. Still have over a pound or two left. Do you have any great ideas to remake this last bit?
Also, if you have multiple eggs, which size do you most and why?

Beef stew is great with leftover brisket

Left over brisket is good, what i do is vacuum seal it if i am going to freeze it for later or if i am going to eat it a day or two later i put it in a sealed container and this is how i reheat it. i put a little coke or beef broth in a pot and heat up slowly. you can have sandwiches or just eat it plain, also if you have some that got a little dry save it and put it in your baked beans.
