Morning All:
EggHatter has been wanting a juicy burger since Wednesday and finally got to do them tonight...six 1/3 pound burgers and a large tator...tator has been on for about an hour at 380-400 and the burgers for about 8 minute (one flip)...
off they came...the little "bumps" under the cheese are bacon bits...put them on, then the slice of cheese...these are Kathy's with swiss...
My two with Asiago were on the bun before I remembered to take a picture...
Oh yeah, we shared the tator...mine with bacon bits and Asiago...so good...
the simple things in life can be so satisfying!

Morning Beli:
Thank you kind sir! I am so hooked on Asiago, by far my favorite cheese...I now buy a LARGE block (about 4 #s) at Restaurant Depot about every 3 months. And of course everything is better with bacon :laugh:Have a GREAT day!

Funny...It was burger night here tonight, too! We took a less healthy route though and baked some tater tots in the egg. I did the "Umami" burgers with fish sauce. They were tasty. Good looking meal Jay.

Morning Michelle:
Thanks! Burgers good! Considering the butter, cheese & bacon on my tator...I'm thinking your tots may have been healthier!Have a GREAT day!
