<p />Well they finally hit 197 degrees. I thought they would never get there. The smaller, 8.5lbs, took 22 hrs. The larger, 9.5lbs, took 23 hrs. Temps ranged between 210 and 225 with a couple of peaks and valleys anlong the way. These were some stuborn butts normally my butt cooks go 18 or so hours. Either way it was well worth the wait.[p]I'll vacuum seal the small one for a rainy day and the other will provide supper today, samiches for lunch this week and I'm think a couple of BBQ pulled pork pizzas.Maybe some pulled pork tacos. I could go on and on. This stuff is great!!![p]I've tried sleeping with it under my pillow but the wife put her foot down.[p]Time for an ice cold Yuengling Lager and a BIG samich.[p]Semper Fi,[p]MC[p]
