at comps, we always try and pull out the money muscle and feature it in the turn-in box. . .6 really nice pieces for the judges. ...if you get it just right, it really helps your scores. ...

I really dont like the format of this season..you get booted off of your butt cook for a catfish cook before the butts done...now you got an hour to make cole slaw that anyone whoever has made slaw knows it takes 2 days to get good slaw...to much like a american idol show...and who are they calling the 20 best teams with no names on day 1...fryin catfish aint a bbq requirement

Don't know about the money muscle but I'd love to go to lunch with the big black judge, me and him would knock down some food. Love when he said he finally got a plate FULL of food. I hope the judge wins he's the only one with any personality.
