I've been wanting a commercial slicer for some time now but, like most, couldn't justify the cost. Patiently I've scanned craig's list in cities I might travel to and watched eBay.

Well yesterday I picked up what I think is a Univex 7510. The thickness knob has been J.B. Welded back together and the blade has a knick but still cuts very well.

The price?? $150!!!!!!!

Jerky meat round one has already been done!
