2 tubes of biscuits
2 cartons of egg beaters
8 ounces of meat ( i used ham)
1 cup each of cheddar and mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of green peppers, mushrooms, onions.
Spray pan and arrange the biscuts in a bowl I used the measuring cup combing the remaining ingrediendts pour over the biscuits. Uncovered

Sorry 16oz I used only one since I did a 9 inch pan.
Just half everything if you use a nine inch pan.

That looks super Patti, thanks for posting. We are having overnite guests [four] in a couple of weeks and that looks perfect!

Patti:
Planning the same sort of thing for the Pittsburgh Fest this weekend.
Only I'm using a 16" Paella pan, peameal bacon for meat and a drizzle of Canadian Maple Syrup on top when done.
Trying to make it a Canuckian thing. That should work eh? -
sounds good let me know how it turns out.

patti - was that 1/2 cup each of onions, peppers and mushrooms?
-
Yes a 1/2 cup of each one. . I usually don't measure I just throw it in till it looks good. That is how my grandma and mom taught me. It was tough getting recipes out of them. But I managed.
