Nice. Fast brisket looks terrific! Burnt ends, yummm.

Looks good. I want to try good burnt ends. Still have not mastered brisket. Tried burnt ends on the first one, but didn't know what I was doing.

I am starting to get the hang of it. This fast brisket is the 3rd I have done and they have all turned out great.
