Use a papertowel to get a good grip and pull slowly to get it off all at once

AZRP has a nice tutorial, hopefully someone can pull that up for you.

Ribs have 2 layers of membrane. The innermost layer is the one we pull off and the one that is quite easy to remove. Sometimes you will buy ribs that have that inner membrane already removed. The second layer is very difficult to remove and really isn't necessary.
My guess is that yours had the inner layer already taken off for you. -
the ribs I have been buying at Costco. already have it removed. they are also repackaging the 3 pack into a two pack. just the right amount, so i dont eat them all.XL Walled Lake, MI
