Did my second beef brisket ...and wow this one was awesome .....cooked for 18hrs !! 250 down too 225 !!! will get some pics up soon.....

doing beef ribs tomorrow going to start 1030 1100 am and take off 7hrs later ! Yummy can't wait...love my BGE !!!

they are the best when they come out right my first one ended up in a crock pot the next day :( it was shoe leather when it came off the egg. second one was pretty stinking good glad you nailed it on the second one too
