Ever have a craving for something different? I did.

Cooked the snausages

Ready to be stuffed

Cut up with some onions then pan fried

Added the cheese

Cooked and very delicious

Very nice, and colorful. I love them, but haven't done them in quite a while.

Wanted to try something other than hamburger or chicken. I think left over brisket might be in the next peppers I make

The sausage really hit the spot, especially with the peppers. I usually make it with tomato based sauce, but not this time.

cooked them indirect for about 30 minutes (I think. Had a lot going on so I lost track of time)at 350. Didn't want to over cook the pepper to be mushy, but soft.
