    Man that looks good, I"ve done it with turkey meat,chease, and onions. But not with those sausages, sounds good.

    Wanted to try something other than hamburger or chicken. I think left over brisket might be in the next peppers I make

    The sausage really hit the spot, especially with the peppers. I usually make it with tomato based sauce, but not this time.

    cooked them indirect for about 30 minutes (I think. Had a lot going on so I lost track of time)at 350. Didn't want to over cook the pepper to be mushy, but soft.
