Ever have a craving for something different? I did.


Cooked the snausages


Ready to be stuffed


Cut up with some onions then pan fried


Added the cheese




Cooked and very delicious

    Man that looks good, I"ve done it with turkey meat,chease, and onions. But not with those sausages, sounds good.

    The sausage really hit the spot, especially with the peppers. I usually make it with tomato based sauce, but not this time.

    cooked them indirect for about 30 minutes (I think. Had a lot going on so I lost track of time)at 350. Didn't want to over cook the pepper to be mushy, but soft.
