several weeks ago someone posted a stuffed pork loin with artichoke hearts and other stuff. Can not find the post. Any one know where or who posted?

I don't remember that particular one but go to the search forum and try, "pork loin", Stuffed pork loin" and "Pork roulade". You should be able to find it along with a lot of other great ideas/recipes/ pics

Here is a method I like, just add artichoke hearts marinated, or anything else for that matter.
