With the holiday weekend upon us, there is no other food that goes, baby back ribs. Still a newbie at the egg but these ribs were much moisture than the ones I do on my electric smoker. Having a great time with my egg and didn't take long to getting the egg leveled out at 250 and did these ribs in 4.5 hours.

Very nice! Bet they were delicious.
About 11:30 I'll be firing up the BGE to try my hand at some baby back ribs for the 1st time. Not pressure just got about 11 family members coming over. :woohoo: -
Good luck, just maintain the heat and you are good to go, I added some beer into the trays below, added a few chunks of hickory as well and will be having leftovers today
