Weekend pork ideas

Need some ideas for pork this weekend on my Medium Egg. I just had ribs recently so will "X" that. What would be something good to try, how long should I cook it, at what temp, and if smoking what chips would make the pig himself proud? Thanks all.

Marinate a tenderloin in whatever you like then grill direct turning a quarter turn every 10 minutes. Pull it when it reaches 145 internal. Let it rest for 15 minutes then cut into 1/2" slices and eat on King's Hawaiian sweet rolls. -RP

What's a good direct grilling temp you think for the tenderloin? 350?

I cooked my first thick cut pork chops last night and they were fantastic.
The chops were about 1" thick. Brought up to room temp then season with only Olive Oil, Kosher Salt and fresh Ground Pepper.
Seared at 550°F about 3 min. per side.
Shut down to 375°F and roasted for 10 minutes.
Internal temp. was 145 when I pulled them off. They drifted up to about 150 after setting 5 minutes.
They were the best chops I've ever eaten. Sorry I didn't take pics.

Well, there's always butt. 250° dome, hickory chunks, pull at 195°. Serve on a burger bun with cole slaw and Eastern NC vinegar sauce. Baked beans and fries. Nothin' finah...
