anyone got a great stuffed pork loin recipe?

I am cooking for a group this weekend and want to stuff a loin. Anyone got a good stuffing recipe and some directions for the cook? I have yet to try this, but it sounds good.

Go to the search forum and type in "Pork Roulade," I have a recent one on there that says "pork roulade, just awesome" or something like that. It is a variation/combination of LC's pork roulade and another recent one that has pics and directions. You may want to add your own twists.
It is a wonderful cook, hope you enjoy :cheer:
