Copper River Salmon

I'm going to be grilling Copper River Salmon tomorrow! Hopefully will have some pictures up later, its being flown in fresh. Should be delicious!

I love Copper River Salmon and it's the only one that I don't sauce or rub. I just place some thin slices of lemon on after a bit of butter and then a light dusting of dill weed. It is sooooooooooooooooooo rich in flavor!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

Wish I were there. I had the misfortune of being in Seattle on May 9-12 and the fish purveyors at Pike Place market weren't getting theirs until the 13th. Time for me to check out the local Whole Foods who often carry it - good eatin'
