It was my wife's B'day so we celebrated with a surprise Mariachi Serenade & Pool Party.

& Today fired The Mini & decided on Beef Tenderloin, salted them & added a reduced sauce made with: Crushed Tomatoes, EVOO, White Wine vinegar, Crushed Red Peppers, Worcestershire Sauce, Mustard, Pepper & Garlic.....accompanied the meat with a nice Malbec too of course.
