Impromptu sauce for pork loin roast

Hi Eggers! I made a last minute sauce the other night for a pork loin roast. Sorry, no measurements:

Ben's Blueberry Sauce

Saute: shallots, EVOO, S&P. Added a bit of sugar, rice wine vinegar, worchestershire (teensy bit!), cup of frozen blueberries, 1/2 c. of seedless raspberry jam. Season (w/ the salt, sugar, and/or vinegar) to taste, cook to thicken a bit. Voila! Served over pork loin roast with grilled artichokes.

Optional, add pine nuts to sauce at last minute.
