Mike, google on 'panko asparagus' and you'll find many versions. I used a simple one... mix 1/4 cup mayo with 1 ts lemon juice and two tbs dijon mustard, brush asparagus with it, then coat with panko (japanese bread crumb), place on greased pan and egg or stick in oven at 450. It's my first time and everyone loves it.

Tom, indeed. Trouble is I'm still jet-lagging and have to start work tomorrow. Last night slept from 8pm to 4am!
