Since my daughter and son in law moved away I haven't been making The chicken anymore. Today I was craving it and decided it was time. Here are the floured quarters ready for the Egg.
Here they are on the Egg waiting for the magic.
While they are cooking, time to make the sauce.
After 90 minutes indirect at 350 dome they are crispy and ready for the bath.
A good dunking in the sauce.
Then wraped in a foil packet.
And into the cooler for an hour to steep.
God I forgot how good this stuff is. -RP

Randy,
Twice I've seen this and I think it's time to give it a whirl.
How do I get the lowdown on the sauce?
That last pic did it. -
