T-Rex´ed Delmonico Steak on the Egg

Howdy folks...

I just had a phantastic 27 ounce US Delmonico Steak for Dinner !
Seasoned it only with EVOO and coarse salt and grilled T-Rex Style on the medium Big Green Egg with some Olive Wood for flavour.

Flavour, texture and tenderness were out of this world. American Beef rocks !
